Frosting Creators of San Antonio is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit corporation established to promote and provide continued education in the sugar arts.
As part of our education mission we have sugar art craft demonstrations at our monthly meetings and occasionally bring in instructors to teach classes for our members and the general public.
FCSA is going on over 50 years of existence. It was established in the early 1970s and held its first sugar art show at Central Park Mall in 1976.
That tradition continues today with the hosting of virtual and in-person sugar art shows. These are days long events jam-packed with classes and demonstrations on various sugar art related topics and techniques.
We like to promote our enthusiasm for the sugar arts through community outreach programs. Some ways our members do this is by donating baked goodies to local first responder units during the holidays and providing birthday cakes each month for centenarians enrolled in the Meals on Wheels program.
Come join the fun and share in the exchange of information and ideas with us. Our membership is diverse and includes all skill levels and enthusiasts of all sugar art mediums.
